We are seeking high-quality makers and artists offering original handmade goods. Commercially produced merchandise and imported items are not eligible for exhibit or sale. Winterfest Burtonsville is a curated event designed to highlight craftsmanship, creativity, and a balanced mix of products.

  • December 4th: 3:00pm - 8:00pm

  • December 5th: 10:00am - 3:00pm

Setup & Breakdown

  • Dec 3rd, 6:00pm – 8:00pm OR Dec 4th 11:30am – 2:30 pm

  • All booths need to be in place and artisans ready by 2:30pm on Dec 4th

  • No booth may be dismantled before closing time.

Space Size & Pricing

  • Main Community Event Room: 6’ x 6’ artisan spaces; each space is $100 for 2 days

  • Classroom: 6’ x 6’ artisan spaces; each space is $80 for 2 days

  • Artisans may reserve 2 spaces for their booth if a larger space is needed.

  • A 6’ table and 2 folding chairs are provided for each 6’ x 6’ space.

  • You are welcome to bring additional tables, stands, or shelves to use within your 6’ x 6’ space. Exhibits must not interfere with adjacent booths or public areas.

  • A limited number of electrical connections are available for an additional $10.

  • No commission is taken on artisans’ sales.

  • ·All fees are non-refundable and will not be given for an artisan’s cancellation or due to adverse weather.

Security

  • Security will be provided during the event. Every effort will be made to safeguard your items from shoplifters.

  • All booths must be supervised by the artisans at all times during the event.

  • Security will be provided after setup on Thursday, December 3 and during the closed hours on December 4 and 5.

  • Liberty Grove UMC will not be responsible for theft or damage

Featured Artisan Raffle

  • Artisans are invited to contribute one of their handmade items, with a value of around $20, for our Featured Artisan Raffle. This will be positioned at the main entrance. There are several benefits to participating:

  • Helps generate excitement for the event

  • Highlights the creativity of our artisans

  • Promotes artisans with business cards attached

  • Provides promotion on social media
